Custom Logo on Label#

To print the logo on your shipping labels, please follow this description.

  1. Click on Apps, next on Post & DHL Shipping.
  2. Now you are on the Dashboard, click on DHL Paket.
  3. To begin, enable the *Custom Logo on Label + function in the settings. Logo_1
  4. This window will then appear. As described in it, you have to define this now in the business customer portal. Logo_2

Logo in Business Customer Portal#

  1. To make these adjustments, first open the Business Customer Portal and log in with your user account.
  2. Click on Send and then on Address Book. Logo 1
  3. After that, please open the sender address book. (Blue framed in the picture.) Logo 2
  4. To get a sender reference shopify as shown in the picture, please click Create new sender. Logo 3
  5. It is important that you enter shopify in the sender reference. Logo 4
  6. Please enter your address and the return address in the following fields.
  7. The blue arrow in the image marks the place where you can now insert your logo. Logo 5
  8. Finally, do not forget to save all settings. Logo 6

Shipper Phone Number#

Here you decide whether your phone number, which is stored in the Shopify settings in the Locations section, is printed on your shipping labels or not.

  1. Click on Apps, next on Post & DHL Shipping.
  2. Now you are on the Dashboard, click on DHL Paket.
  3. To activate this function, please click Enable at Shipper Phone Number. Shipper Phone Number_1
  4. If you have enabled this, it should now look like this. Shipper Phone Number_2

Customer Phone Number#

Now you can specify whether the customer's telephone number (if the customer has stored a number) should be printed on shipping labels or not.

  1. Click on Apps, next on Post & DHL Shipping.
  2. Now you are on the Dashboard, click on DHL Paket.
  3. Click on Enable to use this function. Customer Phone Number_1

  5. Customer's Opt In/Out is a function that allows the customer to decide whether or not his telephone number should be transmitted to the sender. Customer Phone Number_3
  6. If you have enabled this, you also have the option of whether this function should be on or off by default. Customer Phone Number_4 From the customer's point of view, this looks like this: Customer Phone Number_5
